Carefully cut 2 ear shaped pieces out of the plastic bottle, and sand it after. 

Attach it to the chair by mending the ears to the chair, using hot glue. 

Sand the chair down to get it ready for spray painting, the chair is plastic so paint would not stick to it if not sand papered. 

Paint the chair in layers, rushing the paint job might make it icky.

Let the paint dry, and after doing so everything on top of it won’t just mix into the base layer of paint.

For the eyes : Cut the styrofoam balls in half, and paint different expressions onto the eyes using Posca Pens and Spray Paint. 

After doing so, paint the nose in the middle of both the eyes.

Cut a few lines of fishing line, and attach it onto the sides of the face to make whiskers. 

On the back, using black ribbon, attach it onto the bottom of the chair to resemble a cat tail.

Final touches, add a red bow pillow to resemble the iconic bow that Jiji wears in the anime : Kiki’s Delivery Service!
